All payments made to Globepath Immigration Advisors Pvt. Ltd. are for consultancy, advisory, and documentation assistance related to immigration, visa, and related services.
Our service fees are charged for the professional time, expertise, and administrative efforts invested in your application process.
Please note that our fees do not include any charges paid directly to government authorities, visa offices, or third-party institutions such as IELTS centers, WES, or universities.
Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
Refund requests will only be considered if made within the period specified in the signed agreement.
The client must have fulfilled all the terms, declarations, and documentation requirements mentioned in the agreement.
No refund shall be applicable once the consultancy or documentation process has begun, or if the file has been submitted to the concerned immigration authority.
Refunds are not applicable for client withdrawal, change of mind, or failure to provide required documents on time.
Refunds are not applicable if the visa or application is rejected due to misrepresentation, incomplete information, or errors in documentation provided by the client.
The following payments and services are non-refundable:
Registration, evaluation, or consultation fees
Documentation or processing charges
Fees paid to external entities such as embassies, immigration authorities, or language testing bodies
Payments made for third-party or partner services
To initiate a refund request, the client must:
Submit a written request to info@globepathimmigration.com, stating the reason for the refund.
Attach a copy of the payment receipt and service agreement.
Allow up to 30 working days for review and processing of the refund request.
Approved refunds will be issued to the same account or payment mode used during the transaction.
Globepath Immigration Advisors Pvt. Ltd. acts as a consultancy firm and has no control over visa decisions made by immigration authorities or government bodies.
Hence, no refund shall be granted if the visa, PR, or work permit is refused by the respective immigration department for any reason.
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Any changes will be posted on our website, and the revised date will be updated accordingly.
