Refund Policy
GlobePath Immigration Advisors Pvt. Ltd.
GlobePath Immigration Advisors Pvt. Ltd. is a private immigration consultancy that provides consultation, guidance, documentation assistance, and application support for immigration and visa-related services.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government, embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or educational institution unless specifically stated otherwise.
This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be applicable to services provided by GlobePath Immigration Advisors.
By engaging our services and making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Refund Policy.
General Principles
GlobePath Immigration Advisors aims to maintain a transparent and fair refund process.
Immigration and visa procedures involve multiple stages, professional consultation, document review, profile assessment, application preparation, and administrative work. Once services have been initiated, professional time and resources may already have been allocated to your case.
Refund requests will therefore be reviewed based on the specific circumstances of each case and the services already provided.
Consultancy and Professional Service Fees
Our professional service fees cover services such as consultation, profile assessment, eligibility evaluation, documentation guidance, application assistance, and other immigration-related support as agreed with the client.
The eligibility for a refund, if any, will depend on:
- The terms mentioned in the service agreement or client contract.
- The stage of the immigration or visa process.
- The services already provided by GlobePath Immigration Advisors.
- The reason for the refund request.
- Any documented error directly attributable to GlobePath Immigration Advisors.
Visa Refusal Due to Consultancy Error
In the event that an application is refused due solely to a verified and documented material error or negligence directly attributable to GlobePath Immigration Advisors, the client may request a review of their case for a possible refund.
Any refund decision will depend on:
- The specific circumstances of the case.
- The terms of the signed service agreement.
- Whether the error directly resulted in the refusal or rejection.
- The amount and nature of services already provided.
A refund will not automatically apply simply because an application, visa, or immigration request has been refused.
GlobePath Immigration Advisors reserves the right to review all relevant documents, communications, and case records before making a decision regarding any refund request.
No Guarantee of Visa or Immigration Approval
GlobePath Immigration Advisors provides professional consultation and application-related assistance. However, all final decisions regarding:
- Visa approval
- Visa refusal
- Permanent residency
- Immigration applications
- Study permits
- Work permits
- Tourist visas
- Business visas
- Any other immigration-related applications
are made solely by the relevant government authorities, immigration departments, embassies, consulates, high commissions, or other authorized institutions.
GlobePath Immigration Advisors does not guarantee visa approval, immigration approval, permanent residency, or any specific outcome.
A visa or immigration refusal by a government authority does not automatically make the client eligible for a refund.
Client Withdrawal or Discontinuation of Services
If a client voluntarily withdraws, abandons, or chooses to discontinue the immigration or visa process after engaging our services, refunds may not be applicable for services already provided.
No refund will generally be applicable for:
- Professional consultation already conducted.
- Profile or eligibility assessments already completed.
- Documentation review already performed.
- Application preparation or processing work already completed.
- Administrative or case management work already undertaken.
Any remaining amount, if applicable, will be considered in accordance with the terms of the signed service agreement and the stage of the case at the time of withdrawal.
Language Test Requirements
For certain immigration programs, clients may be required to complete language proficiency examinations such as IELTS, PTE, TEF, TCF, or other tests required by the relevant immigration authority or institution.
Clients are responsible for meeting the required language proficiency criteria where applicable.
No refund will be provided solely because a client:
- Fails to achieve the required language test score.
- Does not appear for a required language examination.
- Delays taking a required examination.
- Fails to provide valid language test results.
- Does not meet the eligibility requirements of the relevant immigration program due to language proficiency.
Language test results and eligibility requirements are outside the direct control of GlobePath Immigration Advisors.
